Acelune Solitaire
Privacy policy
Updated 30 September 2026 · iOS and Android
Your games stay on your device. Advertising, optional store purchases and contacting support involve the services described below.
Game data and accounts
Acelune has no player account, chat, public uploads or cloud save. Game progress, statistics, preferences, deal identifiers and ad-frequency counters are stored locally. On iOS, device backups may include this data according to your Apple settings. We do not receive your saved games through a game backend. The app does not request contacts, camera, microphone or precise location access.
Advertising and consent
The free iOS version uses Google AdMob and Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP). Ads may appear between games after three played games. Google may process IP-derived approximate location, device identifiers, ad interactions, diagnostics and performance data for advertising, measurement and service operation. Google receives this data under its privacy policy; see its SDK disclosure.
The app requests non-personalized ads. This does not mean no data is processed. Where applicable, Apple’s tracking permission and Google’s regional consent controls apply before ad requests. You can decline tracking and continue playing. Change tracking in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Where available, open Settings → Privacy & ads → Ad privacy choices in the game to change consent.
Optional purchases
Remove Ads is a non-consumable, one-time Apple in-app purchase. Apple handles payment and purchase history. The game verifies Apple-signed purchase entitlement on the device to remove ads and restore ownership. Payment card details are not supplied to the game; we operate no purchase-validation server. Restoring on a new device needs an internet connection and the same Apple Account. Existing verified ownership is provided by StoreKit. A refund or revocation may remove the entitlement. See Apple’s privacy policy.
Android edition
On Android, the free game uses Google AdMob and Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP). Interstitial ads may appear between games after three played rounds, subject to regional consent, connectivity and availability. The app requests non-personalized ads and disables the publisher first-party ID before its first ad request. These settings do not mean no data is processed. Google’s SDK may collect and share approximate location derived from IP addresses, device and advertising identifiers, app/ad interactions, and diagnostics and performance information for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. See the Android SDK data disclosure and Google’s privacy policy.
Required regional privacy choices are handled through Google UMP before advertising starts. Android does not use Apple’s ATT prompt. Where required, reopen consent using Settings → Privacy & ads → Ad privacy choices. You can also reset or delete the Android advertising ID in your device’s privacy settings. Declining an optional consent does not stop the card games from working.
Remove Ads on Android is a one-time, non-consumable Google Play purchase. Google handles the payment and purchase history; the game does not receive payment-card details. The game receives product and price information, purchase state, a purchase token and Google-signed receipt data. It checks the receipt on-device, acknowledges completed purchases, and stores the signed receipt in private application storage for offline ownership. We do not operate a purchase-validation server. Restore while online with the same Google Play account. Purchases do not transfer between Apple and Google Play. Pending payments do not unlock Remove Ads; successful store checks can remove a refunded or revoked entitlement.
Google Play Billing also contains Google Data Transport for sending billing SDK operational diagnostics to Google. This technical processing is separate from developer gameplay analytics and is subject to Google’s service and privacy terms. The app does not claim that purchases or advertising are free of technical telemetry.
Android game saves and the receipt cache are local. The Android manifest disables automatic app backup; a device manufacturer may separately offer device-transfer tools. Deleting app data or uninstalling removes local progress and cached ownership from that installation; an eligible purchase can be restored online. The optional Share action opens the system share sheet with the selected deal text; the destination app you choose handles that text under its own terms. Acelune does not upload it to a developer server.
Analytics and other services
The app does not integrate a separate gameplay analytics service, Firebase Analytics or a cloud crash-reporting service. Advertising and billing SDK diagnostics are distinct from this. No gameplay is sent to an AI service.
This website and support
This static website is hosted by Firebase Hosting. Hosting processes IP addresses to deliver and protect the site, with retention described as a few months in Firebase’s privacy documentation. We do not add analytics cookies or advertising to the website. When you email support, Gmail receives your email address and the content you choose to send. Messages are used to answer your request and retained as needed to resolve it and meet applicable obligations.
Recipients, storage and your choices
Local game data stays on the device or in your system backup. Apple and Google process service data on their infrastructure, which may be outside your country, under their published policies and retention practices. We do not run a database of player profiles. To remove local data, delete the app and manage any device backups; deletion may be irreversible and does not refund purchases. To request access, correction or deletion of information you sent to support, contact us below. Depending on where you live, you may also have objection, restriction, portability and complaint rights. Data held independently by Apple or Google is managed through their privacy controls.
Audience and changes
Acelune is a general-audience card game, not a service specifically directed at children. It has no real-money gambling. We do not knowingly request children’s personal information through support. Contact us if such information was sent. Changes to this policy will be posted here with an updated date.
